The green mountains serve as a backdrop, and the Baishuitai seems like a carefully crafted jade artifact from nature. Its unique shape, like naturally formed terraced fields, with sunlight falling on it, and like a frozen waterfall in photography, is breathtaking. Strolling on the pure white stone steps, one feels as if they can feel a refreshing coolness, making one feel relaxed.
The Naxi people gave Baishuitai a beautiful name - Shibuzhi, which means a blooming flower. It also has the reputation of being a land left by immortals, as if it is a gift from heaven to humanity. Standing on the platform, what I see in front of me is a clear hierarchy of Baishui Terrace, like a new moon quietly descending onto the earth, or like silver jewelry of Naxi ethnic girls, stacked one after another, dazzling and dazzling. Whenever dawn first appears or the sun sets in the west, silver shimmers, bringing people into a pure world.
On the left side, a clear spring flows quietly, with clear and bottoming water overflowing out. According to legend, this is the place where fairies dress up. Below the spring platform, there is a uniquely shaped rock that is as white as jade, like a pregnant woman. This is a place where the local people worship the God of Reproduction, full of mystery and awe.
Baishuitai is not only a picturesque place, but also the birthplace and center of the Naxi Dongba religion. This is a holy land for religious activities and a gathering place for ethnic programs. Every scenery, every drop of spring water, and every stone seems to be telling an ancient story, immersing people in it and leaving them lingering.
